Treats are allocated at random and cannot be amended or exchanged for a cash equivalent.
The purchaser will be emailed within 48 hours of purchase with confirmation of their allocated treat.
All wild cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Wild cards are valid for use when dining at The Wilderness and can be redeemed against the price of food and/or drinks.
Wild cards can be redeemed in whole or part - any balance remaining can be used on your next visit. Remaining balances cannot be exchanged for cash.
Wild cards may be redeemed against goods or services of a higher value on payment of the difference.
Wild cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
Wild cards must be handed over in their original form at the point of payment – copies will not be accepted. No replacement will be offered for lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards.
Wild cards cannot be transferred or sold to third parties without written consent from The Wilderness.
The Wilderness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
