What can you expect? Fourteen guests gathered around a monolithic kitchen counter for one sitting per service, served by our chefs. The menu is a sequence of 12+ creative servings of (mostly) seafood and coastal ingredients that smack you in the face like ocean spray. Come without pre-conception, expectation, or regard for convention. Join for connection, communion, and a commitment to fleeting pleasures.

Reservations are now open.

The restaurant will open for dinner Wednesday - Saturday (7pm), and lunch Friday and Saturday (1.30pm), welcoming groups of all sizes from 1 to 14 - come alone or take over the whole space.

For all reservations placed on or before 15th May (to dine on any date from 14th June to 31st August), the Albatross menu will be priced at £75, pre-paid via your booking deposit of £75 per guest. For reservations made after the sale period, the Albatross menu will be priced at £88 per person, with a booking deposit of £44 per guest.
